By accessing or using Giftahub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Gifting & Payments

Giftahub facilitates digital gifting. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Giftahub charges a platform fee as disclosed during the transaction process. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may take 1-3 business days.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or harassment. We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Giftahub provides the platform "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
